Change of Decision on bank interest rates
The Decision on interest rates will be changed as of April 10, 2023. The interest rate for the overdraft on the transaction account (extraordinary limit) has been changed.
Changes of Decision on interest rates are published on the bank’s website on the website.
If you do not agree with amendments to the interest rates, you can terminate concluded contract on the basis of valid General Terms and Conditions without the notice period and the payment of compensation. If you do not inform the bank by April 10, 2023 that you do not agree with the amendments, you are considered to be agreed with the amendments. In the event that you reject the proposed changes in writing and do not terminate the contract, the bank is deemed to have terminated the contract with a two -month deadline that begins from the date of sending the change notification.
