The package is intended for non-residents (natural persons who do not have a permanent or temporary address in Slovenia or do not have a valid residence or work permit for at least 6 months, regardless of citizenship, and non-residents temporarily living in Slovenia and working at a consulate or embassy and their family members regardless of the length of stay in Slovenia).
